Oh gosh! This is horrible and dam scary! Imagine being trapped in a bus or car with the water rising... machiam horror and disaster movie!
I watched the news with amazement & horror, followed by fear and pity for the shop keepers and car owners... insurance will not cover the damages for car. Oh my....
