I'm still here!

Wow! It has been 2 months since I last blogged. I've been busy with work and lost my mojo to blog.. My reading has also been slow. Seriously the last thing i want to do is to read after work. There are so many work related stuffs to read and I'm just so tired after a day's work.

Still... I'm waiting to get a kick start to reading my thrillers.

A quick summary.. Work have been great. Tired but totally fulfilling. I have marked approximately 250+ qns (1 qns and 4 parts) papers, went on 5 weeks of CA, attended a PDE training course for 5 days and getting to know many people and International Fellows and this week is the quiet training week to get myself familiar with all things at school before term starts next week. ** BIG NERVOUS JITTERS!!!

And I have to be sick this week! Fever and bad bad flu. Boo! Everyone in school is falling sick and we are all trying to recover quickly before Monday comes. Monday is the most intensive day. 6 hours of classes! Starts at 8am.

I had to give up on a staff retreat trip to Desaru tomorrow... I'm not feeling too good and it doesn't make sense to go and "play" and end up getting sicker. It's a long day from 730 to 11pm!

A parrot in the carpark

I got this as a gift for a friend's birthday party yesterday. We had BBQ at a roof top and I was resisting the temptation to gobble down freshly BBQ chicken wings because I have a sore throat coming on and I'm falling sick.

Tuesday morning was spent at the Asian Civilisations Museum with hubby, mummy and church friends. It was free (due to National Day) and was very crowded. I would like to visit ACM again and view the many exhibits at the various gallery.
