Things will get better in August!
July is a crazy month! Lots of work and I'm so exhausted. August is the start of my school term and I'm anxious! Hoping that I will be able to cope :)

It's only Monday ... But all I wanna do is this....
snooze (Pix by J)
I'm exhausted! Work is crazily piling up with no end to it. I have been sick and am aching everywhere. Sigh.

Freak weather : Of hails and fallen trees
I have a huge fascination with the weather. If I have another choice, I would be happy to study the weather and be a meteorologist.
Heavy downpour yesterday. Wind howling and I didn't realised till the rain has stopped that there were hailstones too. HAILSTONES!!! Falling ice! In Singapore. Waaaah!
Went online and saw videos and news and was truly happy that non got hurt, sad that I didn't witness and touch the hails and told myself never to take anything for granted in this weird times.

The sweet smell of rain dances across the school :)
Low PSI on Monday 24 June 2013

My pretty tree protecting us from the haze and a home for many sightings of birds
The leaves of my tree has turned yellow.. is this from the haze?

Amazed how a shift of wind direction changes the course of the haze pathway in just a matter of a few hours
Truly thankful for the rain that falls heavily as I type. The cheers heard from the students and the rustling of leaves and branches as the wind howls. It's a good respite and who can predict what tomorrow weather and wind will bring?
So it's true then to this report ....Only rain can help S'pore now
God loves us.

Weekend post : Haze and clearer skies

Better air this week?
The weekend brought about clearer skies and better air. The PM 2.5 is still on the high side but at least the air is not so thick with smoke and I can see the blue skies and walk around without masks.
Out to GWC we went and bought a box of N95 masks which cost $64! $3.20 each! Yes, it's always good to get for standby and half of it went to hubby's friend.
